We do a thorough walk-through of the property (interior and exterior) with the homeowner and/or real estate agent during which we provide feedback and instructions to help maximize each space. Within 48 hours, we will provide a written, detailed plan of action for each room and a proposed budget. If you choose to move forward on the plan of action, we utilize our resources and expertise to implement the plan and maximize your return on your investment. This process typically involves arranging or rearranging furniture and staging with accessories, and some outdoor enhancements to boost curb appeal. It may include a few light surface upgrades such as painting or carpeting. We try to give each home the "Model Home" look to give you the best possible photos for listing and increase interest and offers. Our goal is to get you out of your home for top dollar and into the new home of your dreams!
Initial consultation fee – $300 (a travel fee may apply for some locations) staging costs will vary based on your needs. We are happy to work with your realtor or, if requested, we will recommend one of our trusted real estate professionals.
